Executive Committee

The executive committee provides leadership and strategic direction for the club. Positions are elected annually.

President

Oversees the club's operations, chairs meetings and represents the club at official events.

Vice President

Supports the president and stands in when required; assists with strategic planning and club development.

Treasurer

Manages the club's finances, budgets, payments and reporting to ensure financial sustainability.

Secretary

Maintains records, minutes and correspondence; coordinates meetings and governance requirements.

Non‑Executive Roles

Our non‑executive roles support day‑to‑day operations and game‑day activities. Parents from all backgrounds can contribute.

Canteen Coordinator

Organises the canteen roster and food supplies for home games.

Child Protection Officer

Ensures compliance with Working With Children checks and manages legal obligations.

Communications

Manages social media, website updates and club announcements.

Coaching Coordinator

Supports coaches with resources and training, ensures coaching standards are maintained.

Auskick Coordinator

Coordinates the Auskick program, including registrations and weekly sessions.

Equipment Coordinator

Manages purchase, maintenance and distribution of club equipment.

Game Day / Ground Manager

Organises ground set‑up and pack‑down for home games, ensures facilities run smoothly.

Registrar

Handles player registrations, transfers and records.

Recruitment Coordinator

Promotes the club to attract new players and volunteers.

Social Coordinator

Plans club social events, including presentation days and fund‑raisers.

Sponsorships & Grants

Secures sponsorships, writes grant applications and liaises with Ramsgate RSL.

Umpiring Coordinator

Recruits, trains and schedules umpires for games.

Volunteer Coordinator

Manages volunteer rosters for match days and trains parents in duties.

Get Involved

All committee positions are elected for a 12‑month period, with the most activity from February to October. Positions are declared vacant at the end of each season and filled at our AGM.

We welcome parents from all backgrounds to apply. You don't need prior experience – current committee members will support you until you feel comfortable in your role.
